Hi, welcome to our spa - where modern luxury meets mindful escape. We are Alana and Michelle, lifelong friends turned founders, here to share our passion for refined beauty and intentional self-care through our one-of-a-kind Head Spa and Russian-Style Nail Salon.

Our journey started back in high school, and over the years, our shared love for wellness and design evolved into a vision: to create a sanctuary for those who move fast, give a lot, and deserve more. As busy moms ourselves, we know how rare it is to truly pause - so we’ve built a space that invites you to do just that.

At Levit8 Lounge, we blend high-touch treatments with elevated technique. Our Japanese-inspired head spa soothes both scalp and spirit, while our Russian manicures are crafted with precision and purpose. Every service is designed to refresh, recharge, and reconnect with your most radiant self.

3. Why do we use hair misters versus traditional hair steaming?

We use hair misters because they deliver moisture and treatment ingredients more gently and effectively than traditional steamers. While steamers use high heat that causing moisture stripping and frizz, our misters produce a cooler, ultra-fine mist that penetrates the scalp and hair without aggressively opening the cuticle or causing dehydration. This ensures maximum product absorption with minimal disruption, making it ideal for maintaining hair integrity.

4. How should I prepare for my head spa session?

Come as you are! We recommend removing jewelry and arriving a few minutes early to unwind before your session. You’ll be invited to fully recline in our YUME System, so comfort is key. Let us take care of the rest!

5. What is the Facial Sculpting add-on to the Head Spa service?

Our Facial Sculpting add-on is a European facial massage and muscle sculpting technique designed to relax the tension we often hold in our jaw and forehead. This service helps enhance facial definition, including lines and angles, while promoting lymphatic drainage and collagen production. It targets major facial muscle groups to reduce deep wrinkles and alleviate headaches. Nails

1. What is a Russian Manicure?

Russian Dry Manicure, also known as a "dry manicure" or "Russian Manicure," is a popular nail technique originating from Europe, known for its precision and attention to detail. Here are some key features of the service:

‍Cuticle Care: This technique involves meticulous cuticle care using an electric nail file (also called an e-file), which allows for precise removal of dead skin around the nail, resulting in a clean and polished look.
‍E-file Tools: Different bits are used on the e-file to gently exfoliate and shape the cuticle area. These include bits for pushing back the cuticle, removing dead skin, and buffing the nail surface.

2. Why do we not soak the nails in a Russian Manicure?

Not soaking the nails during a manicure or pedicure has several key benefits. Firstly, it prevents the nails from expanding, which can happen when they are immersed in water. This expansion can lead to nail softening, making them more prone to damage and breaking.

Additionally, skipping the soak helps preserve the natural oils and moisture in the nails and cuticles. Water can strip away these essential oils, which play a vital role in keeping the nails and skin healthy and hydrated. By not soaking, the nails retain their strength and moisture, leading to better nail health and longer-lasting results. 3. What is the Foot Soak add-on?

For those who enjoy the traditional foot soak of a regular pedicure, we offer it as an add-on after our dry pedicure. This allows you to relax and enjoy the soothing benefits of a warm soak while still experiencing the precision, nail safety, and benefits of our modern pedicure techniques. The add-on is about 20 minutes with a 10 minute foot massage.

4. How long does your dry manicure or pedicure last?

The dry mani/pedi is renowned for its attention to detail, requiring skilled technicians who are specially trained in using the e-file and performing precise cuticle work. By creating a smooth and clean surface around the nail, any gel polish applied after a dry manicure often lasts longer and has a more consistent appearance. When paired with our chip-free hard gel finishes, you can expect your manicure or pedicure to last up to 3-5 weeks with minimal maintenance. Longevity varies depending on individual lifestyle and nail growth, but most clients enjoy extended wear with salon-quality results.

5. How long is the mani/pedi process and how much does it cost?

Due to the precision required, this type of mani/pedi takes longer and costs more than a traditional manicure. Typically the service is 70-90 minutes and costs range between $90-$150.

6. How much do custom nail designs cost and how long do they take?

The cost and time required for custom nail designs will vary depending on the complexity of the design you request. When you arrive, we will assess your design ideas and provide you with an estimated cost and time frame before starting the service, ensuring full transparency. This allows us to tailor the service to your needs and ensures there are no surprises!

1. Do you offer memberships?

Yes. Our membership program offers exclusive perks, such as complimentary champagne, priority booking, and access to special events. To learn more about our various membership programs, click here.

2. What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. This allows us to offer your reserved time to another guest. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. Our goal is to provide every guest with timely, uninterrupted service.

3. Are your staff members licensed and trained?

Yes, all of our staff members are licensed professionals. We only hire individuals with valid nail technician or cosmetology licenses to ensure the highest standards of service and industry compliance. In addition, we provide comprehensive specialty training for each employee and offer ongoing training as needed to keep their skills and knowledge up to date and up to our clients’ satisfaction. This ensures that we consistently deliver the best quality of service.

4. Are your tools and equipment sanitized?

Absolutely. Your health and safety are paramount. We adhere to strict medical-grade sanitation protocols, including the use of single-use items, hospital-grade sterilization of tools, and thorough station disinfection after every client. Cleanliness is not just standard—it’s part of our luxury experience.

5. Do you offer services for children?

Yes, we welcome children between ages 5-12 with an accompanying adult, and we offer services tailored to their age. Our kids' mani/pedi includes a mini version of the adult service, where we push cuticles, shape the nails, and apply regular polish (no gel). For our kid's headspa, we provide an extended hair wash with a soothing scalp massage.For children aged 13 - 18, we offer a choice between the modified children’s services or full adult services.

‍Please note that children under 16 will only be offered services if accompanied by an adult who is also receiving a service.

6. Can I book multiple services at the same time?
