Booking policy

For Appointments Made via Our Zenoti Portal

1. Booking Your Appointment
- Appointments can be booked online anytime through our Zenoti portal, accessible via www.levit8lounge.com.
- Clients must register or log in to their Zenoti account to book or manage appointments.
- Upon booking, a confirmation email or text will be sent with appointment details.
- We highly recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and peak hours.

2. Securing Your Appointment
- A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments.
- Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless required by a promotion or package.
- Full payment is due at the time of service.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% service fee.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
- Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled directly through your Zenoti account or by calling us at (650) 206-9490.

4. Late Arrivals
- Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before your appointment to ensure a full and relaxed experience.
- Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may have their service time shortened or be asked to reschedule, with fees applied as necessary.

5. Group Bookings & Special Packages
- For group bookings or spa day packages, please contact us directly to coordinate arrangements.
- A deposit may be required for groups of 3 or more.
- Special terms may apply for bridal, corporate, or customized events.

6. Reminders and Notifications
- You will receive automated email or text reminders before your appointment.
- Please ensure your contact information is up to date in your Zenoti profile to receive timely updates.

7. Technical Support
- If you experience any issues with the Zenoti portal (e.g., login problems, booking errors), please contact us directly at support@levit8lounge.com or call (650) 206-9490.
- We are happy to assist with bookings manually if needed.

8. Client Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for reviewing service details and ensuring the correct date, time, and service provider is selected during booking.
- Any special requests should be noted in the booking comments or communicated directly to our team prior to your appointment.
