1. Services Overview
Levit8 Lounge LLC is a luxury wellness destination offering:
- Head Spa Treatments – Customized scalp therapies to promote relaxation and hair health.
- Nail Salon Services – High-end manicures, pedicures, and nail artistry.
All services are subject to availability and are provided by licensed professionals trained to ensure safety and satisfaction.

2. Booking and Appointments
- Appointments can be made via our website (www.levit8lounge.com), over the phone, in person, or through our online client portal, Zenoti.
- Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) may have their service time shortened or be rescheduled.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% service fee.
- No-shows may be charged the full-service amount.

3. Payments and Pricing
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other accepted payment methods.
- Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
- Gratuity is appreciated and not included unless stated.

4. Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours and we will address your concerns.
Retail products may be exchanged within 7 days if unopened and in original condition, with a receipt.

5. Health and Safety
Clients are responsible for informing their technician of any allergies, medical conditions, or injuries that may affect the service.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting symptoms of illness or displaying disruptive behavior.

6. Conduct and Etiquette
To maintain a serene atmosphere, we ask that clients:
- Refrain from loud conversations
- Silence mobile devices
- Treat our team and other clients with respect
Inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the service and further action if necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability
